We already know from the interesting "The Times Are Never So Bad" that Caufield is a singer-songwriter that rocks. He captures echoes of great forerunners, ranging from Jackson Browne, Jakob Dylan, up to Dylan himself. This outing is Adult-Pop/Rock, serene and staid, with roots rock elements all mixed in a direct, straightforward way. Caufield has a beautiful voice and writes well. Worth a small place in the sun.
